Congratulations to my brother Erick who ran his first marathon today. He ran the Disney marathon in 4:19:45! I'm so proud and inspired by his accomplishment.
Today I completed week one, day two of the c25k program.
Thanks to some advice my brother gave my mom, who is also doing the c25k program, today's workout went much better than my first workout. He told us our walking speeds were too fast. He said the purpose of the walking portion is to recover from the run. Made sense so I gave it a try and it was much easier and I didn't hate the run portions as much as the other day.
