Week one went pretty smoothly for me. Feeling hungry wasn't an issue. I was counting Weight Watcher Points last week and stayed within my daily target most days and had 34 points left over for the week which never happens and shows how focused I was.
Today began the five day clean eating challenge I mentioned in my post yesterday. This was harder than I anticipated. Breakfast was my shakeology. Lunch was mixed greens, tomatoes, tuna, and fat free ranch. I just couldn't stomach plain tuna and only ate about half the salad. Snack was 1/2 banana and 12 almonds. Dinner was surprising huge. I didn't even eat everything that was listed. I had two small wheat tortillas, chicken breast, black beans, salsa,
1 tbsp. sour cream, ½ avocado. I'm full and ready to relax for the night.
I really wish I was drinking a Diet Dr. Pepper about now.
