First Week Goals

I killed my goals this week. It wasn't easy but I got it done. I did a 30 minute DVD tonight. I had to modify most moves and I feel like puking right now but I did it. So to recap:

Blog everyday: Done
Exercise twice: Done
Track food everyday: Done

You may be surprised to know my biggest challenge this week was giving up soda. The worst side effect was being tired. It was especially hard going cold turkey at the same time that I was implementing all the other healthy goals.

First week weigh in is tomorrow. Tomorrow also starts the beginning of another challenge group - Five Day Clean Eating. I had signed up for the Five Day challenge before committing to the 21 Day Challenge so I decided to go ahead and do both.
