This week has been so busy at work and home that I've barely had time to think about my wellness goals. Even with being so busy I'm sticking to my plan (and patiently waiting for the scale to go down). I attribute my success 100% to my weekly meal planning. I can't stress enough how key that has been. It's so refreshing to just look at my menu, pack what's on it for the next day and stick it in the fridge. There's no guilt, no moments of weakness, and no poor choices.
Surprisingly I wasn't sore today. Day 2 of the 30 day shred is complete and my arms are shaking again. It's such a boost to my happiness being back in control of what I'm eating and actually exercising.
