Step One

I made the choice to track my breakfast this morning. That was the first step. Making the decision to type that first sentence here on this neglected blog was the second step. My third step, if I have enough confidence in myself to do it, will be to write a real blog post on what has happened to my nonexistent weight loss goals.

Previous weight - I don't even remember
Current weight - 204.2

And I swore to myself I'd never get above 200 again.
